Who we are
Nuno (“we”, “us”) is a brand-visibility service operated by Spinlink for independent hotels and destination brands, available at discovernuno.com. For any privacy question, contact hello@discovernuno.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email and the message you send, so we can respond.
- Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised. No analytics is loaded unless you accept.
- Essential data. Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely (for example, your consent choice, stored in your browser).
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To measure and improve the site, where you have consented.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on your consent for analytics; on our legitimate interest in responding to you and keeping the site secure; and on performance of a contract where you become a client.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, analytics and email providers), under agreements that require them to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access or deletion and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing.” We do neither. To exercise any right, email hello@discovernuno.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Details, and how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
